App Store Audit is an automated tool that scans iOS and Android app codebases for compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines. The service analyzes your code and provides guidance on potential issues that may cause App Store rejection.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the right to scan the code you submit
• You must not upload malicious code or content
• You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your source code. We do not claim any ownership or license to code you submit for scanning. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your code is analyzed in memory and immediately deleted.

5. Service Tiers

• Free tier: Limited scans per month with basic results
• Referral unlock: Unlimited scans after referring 3 verified users
• Pro tier: Paid subscription with additional features

We reserve the right to modify tier limits and features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• App Store rejections despite passing our checks
• False positives or false negatives in our detection
• Any damages resulting from use of the service
• Service interruptions or data loss

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent referral activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
